With our 9 point Magnum cartridge, the needles are arranged horizontally, just like with our 4-needle Flat needle cartridge. There are 4 needles in the first row and 5 in the second.

Practical tip:

If you want to draw a thicker line with a soft gradient make sure that the 9 point Magnum cartridge is guided exactly across the line and that the handpiece is held vertical to the skin. This ensures that all needle tips inject the colour to the same depth.
