Shipping and payment terms
Gross shipping costs within Germany:
- Standard shipping: 4€
- Free of charge in Germany from 75€
- Free of charge in the EU including Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Great Britain and Norway from 150€
- Cash on delivery fee: free of charge
Gross shipping costs for deliveries abroad:
- Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Monaco, Poland = 9.45€
- Hungary, Great Britain, Italy, Spain = 9.85€
- Ireland, Portugal, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Romania = 10.05€
- Cyprus, Malta = 10.70€
- Switzerland, Liechtenstein = 13.35€
- Norway, Bosnia Herzegovina = 13.50€
- Slovakia, Slovenia = 15.64€
- Sweden = 18.82€
- Serbia, Macedonia = 29.98€
Note: Should you require shipping to a country that has not been listed above, please contact us and state the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance with our shipping partner.
Methods of payment:
- Cash on collection
- Credit card (The invoice amount is debited before dispatch of the goods. We accept Mastercard, Eurocard and Visa)
- PayPal (Delivery will be take place after paying the final invoice amount to our PayPal account PayPal@labina24.de)
- Purchase on account (After arrangement and approval by the management)
- Advance payment (Delivery of the goods will take place after receipt of payment on our bank account)
- COD (Payment is made on delivery of the goods ordered by the parcel service. Note: Cash on delivery is only possible in Germany and Austria)
- Dutch payment system iDEAL: The customer is redirected to one of the Dutch participating banks. Here, the customer then has the familiar online banking page of his bank where he carries out the transfer.
- Austrian payment system Eps: Online payment system developed in cooperation with Austrian banks.
