Right to cancellation
Consumers have a statutory cancellation right when entering into a distance sales transaction

Cancellation policy:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. This cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

about your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form but this is not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising your right to cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever we receive first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the purpose of checking their nature, properties and function.

End of the statutory cancellation policy

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right to cancellation:

A right to cancellation does not exist for goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which a personalised selection or stipulation by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements. The right to cancellation expires prematurely in the case of contracts concerning sealed goods as they cannot be returned if the seal has been removed after delivery for reasons of health and safety or hygiene.
